A native of North Carolina’s Triad region, Darren earned a B.S. in Business Administration from The Citadel in Charleston, SC, and began his career by serving in Human Resources with two national manufacturing companies. In 1998, he founded Bradley Personnel, Inc., a leading recruiting and staffing agency serving the greater Triad and western regions of North Carolina with seven locations. A seasoned professional with twenty years of experience in successfully recruiting and placing candidates at all levels in a wide range of industries, Darren provides strategic direction and operational leadership for Southern Technical Recruiters.
Bill Roberts alumna of Syracuse and Cornell Universities. With a Bachelor’s degree in Personnel and Labor Relations, Bill is a proven professional with a track record of 40 plus years of recruiting success in countless technical and contingency assignments within east coast markets. He fully understands and applies unique sourcing capabilities, candidate assessment and the recruitment of proven leaders in: Senior Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering and Plant Management across various industry segments. Bill currently directs and manages national assignments through a strong network of senior management within a wide range of professions and business relationships.
