Primary responsibilities and requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or related field, with a minimum 7 years manufacturing with knowledge of large components, tooling and process equipment – material handling and packaging equipment.

Primary responsibilities and requirements:

Primary responsibilities and requirements:

Production Supervisor – Machining – 45 to 85K – North Carolina

Primary responsibilities and requirements:
  • Manage daily production requirements and product flow in multiple manufacturing lines, develop manpower plans to support production and inspections as needed.
  • Promote a safe work environment through audits and safety activities (investigation, reporting, audits and continuous improvement projects).
  • Assure all quality standards and policies are met
  • Assist in the development and maintaining of Cost budgets and spending
  • Support all quality initiatives, Kaizen related activities
  • Partner with other departments in supporting company goals and initiatives

Production Manager 60-85K- High Point and Winston-Salem, North Carolina

Production Manager will be responsible for directing production team to meet customer needs and achieve standards related to cost, waste, safety and productivity.  Responsibilities and Accountabilities include

  • Apply knowledge of processes, equipment and system capability to set individual and facility standards within a mid-sized plant 
  • Manage 24/7 operation (3 shifts) for both management and hourly personnel -union and non-union hiring, training,  and developing up to 4 supervisors 
  • Develop Annual Operating Plan for Production
  • Track performance indicators/costs, anticipating and correcting trends which would compromise achievement of financial targets
  • Oversee and assure facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime
  • BS degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in high speed mfg (consumer package goods)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a management position required

Sr. Product Development Engineer  65K to 75K Greenville, NC -Company will relocate

The Sr. Product Development Engineer will BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 8-10 years product development experience in a manufacturing environment.

The selected candidate will have a
act as the Technical Development Lead in the design for systems and parts fabricated, assembled and purchased; will lead the design development reviews with designers, manufacturing, industrial design, and Quality. the reviews include concept/alternate design DFM/DFA, conduct FMEA's and tracking process/acceptance of design.  Additional skills and requirements include:

  • Experience with basic software programs such as MSOffice, SAP, UG NX16
  • Experience in product development in consumer based products
  • Experience and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to analyze problems, possible root causes and solutions
  • Knows or can quickly gain knowledge of UL and/or CSA testing
  • Prepare cost analysis for new products

Senior Project Design Engineer -NC  60-90K + bonus - paid relocation
Manage design projects to include concept development, design, test and validation, cost analysis, and scheduling maintenance and product implementation into production, as well as product support in the field

Duties and Requirements

  • Create designs of products, components or subsystems using CAD
  • Perform complex stress/strength, performance and cost calculations
  • Evaluate products, parts, or processes for cost efficiency and reliability.
  • Work closely w/Product Creation team on project realization.\ Oversee and lead the work of other design engineers assigned to specific projects
  • Identify and lead improvements to departmental processes and procedures. · Remain knowledgeable of the latest developments in the engineering field, materials, design tools, manufacturing and assembly methods
  • Interface both Internal /external Customers · Indirect influence and contribution
  • Project budget, Investment Request Budgets, Component prices
  •  New product introductions and resolution of quality issues by implementing component and system designs.
  • Innovation of products (design, functionality, performance )
  • BSME or related technical field from an ABET certified college or university
  • 10 or more years of relevant experience in NEW product development
  • Project management experience designing/planning for high volume production
  • Strong project management skills. 3D CAD modeling experience with CATIA v5 or similar
  • Demonstrated knowledge of FEA, DFM, DFA, and GD&T for part design
  • Familiarity with numerical analysis and demonstrated capability to work with analysts on setting up numerical simulation models (FEA, CFD, etc.)
  •  Understands application of engineering principles and product engineering standards.
  • Understanding of ECR/ECN process.
  • Knowledge of industry governing and regulatory standards.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong initiative and the ability to be self directed
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and meet critical deadlines etc. in fast paced-environment. 
  • Flexible and adaptive to internal processes and change, delays or unexpected events
  • Ability to travel to domestic and/or international sites
