Salary range: 70 to 75K
Responsibilities, Skills and Requirements:
The Production Cell Manager is responsible for supervising the safe, efficient conduct of manufacturing operations.
Supervise and train staff and production work force in methods and procedures that maximize the efficient operation and production applications.
Implement improved work processes and procedures to enhance manufacturing production.
Ensures compliance with GMP requirements. Facilitates employee/labor relations environment within production unit.
Achieves 100% attainment of the monthly production schedule while adhering to quality control standards.
Maintains records and completes necessary production reports in a timely manner.
Supervises all production related activity in support of new product launches and re-stage projects.
Requires a BS with a min. 3 to 6 years manufacturing experience, previous supervisory experience in high speed/high volume filling and packaging manufacturing environment.
Prefer background in consumer product environment - food, cosmetics, batteries, cigarette or pharmaceuticals
