Maintenance Manager 60 to 70K (Greensboro area) North Carolina
Responsible for leading maintenance team up to 5 direct reports in proactively maintaining and improving plant equipment and systems, to support optimal safety, efficiency quality of production. Manage budget 1.0 to 1.5 million. Canidates with relevant equivalent experience would be considered lieu of degree.
- Meeting objectives and ecffective use of resources.
- Parters w/other departments re: programs and procedures etc.
- Leadership, Maintenance Team Development and Continues improvement
- Directs, reviews, maintains and enforces safety, health and environmental policies/procedures, ensures governmental regulations are met
- Technical troubleshooting knowledge, understanding of prod. systems, ability to drive change
