MANUFACTURING CNC ENGINEER, to 60K, Carolina Based– (Company will Relocate)
Responsible for investigating, establishing, and implementing requirements for equipment, tooling, materials, and methods of manufacturing.
Additional responsibilities and requirements include:
- BS in Engineering w/4 years manufacturing machining experience.
- Conferring with engineering personnel on design changes, tooling and new product development including PK, as well as maintaining/improving existing manufacturing methods and processes including CNC programs.
- 2-3 years of 1st hand experience with 5-axis CNC programming and CNC manufacturing technology with a focus on continuous improvement as it relates to resource utilization and manufacturing time reductions.
- Responsible for writing, reviewing and revising CNC programs/operation sheets. Minimize production costs.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working on UG-CAM NX Platform
- Skilled in application of C/C++ in complex 5-axis machining environment for CAM and CAE.
- Ability to make own drawings from a model CATIA / UG machining software experience
- Experience with Mori Siki, Haas, and other like type machining operations Use of Augis Files for internal models
- Wire EDM, Milling, Turning, Mill/Turn Machines (NT), Grinding, Honing & Swiss Style Lathes (Screw Machines)
- Proficiency with computer systems beynd programming experience. Ability to read, write and speak fluent English
- Proficiency with computer systems used beyond programming experience. Ability to read, write and speak fluent English

MACHINERY ASSEMBLY MANAGER, 60K to 80K, Eastern, NC – (Company will Relocate)
Seeking a Machinery Manager for Our client company a manufacturer of heavy, complex processing machinery. Selected individual will be a hands on manager of Assembly operations.
Additional responsibilities and requirements include:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering w/15-20 years machinery design/build experience.
- Control, Electrical, hydraulic safety standards, quality, problem solving
- AutoCAD (Inventor preferred)
- Manager/Lead assemblers.
- BOM (Bill of Materials)
- MRP (Manufacturing Resources Planning.)
- Layout drawings, assembly drawings, assembly procedure practices including inspection of assembled components, detailed drawing and machine shop practice.
- Strong written/oral communication and documentation skills.
