Director of Product Development - ID 032509-24BR

Salary Range 100-150K
Requires Bachelor's Degree in marketing, engineering or related field
Responsibilities, Skills and Requirements
- 7 plus years management experience required.
- Responsible for product leadership, product line modifications and developing new products pipeline to ensure stream on innovative product introductions.
- Strong background experience driving sales growth and market share of business
- Excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail strong team player with strong oral/written communication with ability to work leading and teams across all levels of organization.
- Manage cost- budgetary constraints of new product development. Develop and present new product business cases, provide cost/benefit analysis and resource planning
- Responsible for providing direct management of product development personnel including establishing objectives, assigning work and performance.
- Work cross functionally to gain a complete understanding of market, competitor pricing, merchandising and prom
- Proficient with Microsoft software applications, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
