Location: Research Triangle, NC
Salary: 95-100K
Responsibilities, Skills and Requirements:
- Call on established customer base including Facility Engineers, Owners, Engineers and General Contractors to promote and sell services
- Perfor assessments of and develop sales proposals, estimates, specifications and presentations for customers' Facility Services - Focusing on BAC (Building Automation) sales i.e. HVAC, Electrical Systems, Generators and other intergrateable equipment)
- HVAC Services - test and balance services and Air Quality Analysis to industrial and commerical customers in eastern NC.
- Must be able to visit facilities and work with Managers
- Requires working experience in Facility Services
- Technical knowledge of HVAC with experience supporting remote users
- Strong organizational, communication, leadership and customer service skills
- Strong project management skills
- BS or equivalent work experience
- Ability to configure, upgrade and relocate PC hardware, software and print devices
- Expertise in supporting network equipment on new/existing IT network; understanding of LAN/WAN
- Excellent PC hardware and problem solving skills, Microsoft network applications
